You must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms or accounts, introduce harmful code, scrape protected content unlawfully, or use the website to violate another person’s rights.

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement in your location or use the website with the authorization of a parent, guardian, or other person who can lawfully accept these Terms on your behalf.
Product Information
Pure Keepsake aims to describe products, materials, measurements, colors, personalization options, and delivery information accurately. Screen settings, photography, natural materials, manufacturing processes, and handmade or customized elements may cause reasonable differences in appearance. Product availability and specifications may change.
Personalized Products
Personalized products are created from the options and content submitted with the order. You are responsible for checking names, dates, messages, sizes, images, addresses, and other selected details. Production may begin after the order or any required proof is confirmed.
Photographs, Artwork, and Submitted Content
You retain the rights you hold in content submitted for an order. By submitting it, you grant Pure Keepsake and necessary service providers permission to use, reproduce, adapt, crop, format, transmit, store, and process that content only as reasonably required to create, fulfill, deliver, and support the order, comply with law, or resolve a dispute.
You confirm that you own the submitted content or have sufficient permission to use it for the requested product. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful.
Design Proofs and Approval
When a product includes a design proof, approval confirms that the displayed spelling, dates, image selection, layout, and visible personalization are accepted for production. Requests made after approval may be refused or may require additional cost if production can still be changed.
Orders and Contract Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. An order may be refused or cancelled for payment problems, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, technical or pricing errors, prohibited content, delivery restrictions, or another legitimate reason. Any payment taken for an order cancelled by Pure Keepsake will be handled according to the applicable refund process.
Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices, currencies, discounts, delivery charges, and taxes shown during checkout apply to the transaction unless an obvious error must be corrected. Payment authorization must be completed through the available payment provider. Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, or import charges assigned by destination authorities unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact support immediately when an order change or cancellation is needed. Requests are not guaranteed after personalization or production begins. The Refund Policy explains how approved cancellations and other refunds are handled.
Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, demand, address problems, local restrictions, and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and following carrier or customs instructions.
Returns, Defects, and Refunds
Personalized items are generally not returnable for change of mind after production begins. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially non-conforming items are handled under the Returns and Resolutions page, Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer law.
Website and Brand Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, logos, product photography, graphics, layouts, and original designs are owned by or licensed to Pure Keepsake and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No ownership right is transferred through website access or product purchase.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may rely on or link to third-party payment, review, personalization, tracking, social, or delivery services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. Pure Keepsake is not responsible for third-party content or systems beyond the extent required by applicable law.
Disclaimer and Liability
The website and products are provided subject to the guarantees and rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Pure Keepsake is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, customer-submitted errors, unauthorized account use, carrier events, or use of a product contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
